PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
If you are considering an extension, renovation or loft conversion we can assist you from the outset with a free of charge survey where we look at your property’s suitability to your requirements/aspirations.
The next stage is to introduce our planning and architectural design service which is carried out by an experienced Architectural Technologist who has many years experience in all types of design work including extensions and alterations, loft conversions etc.
Once agreed, these detailed plans can be submitted for planning (subject to the local authority fees) and used by us to complete your extension, renovation, loft conversion etc.
With this service you will receive:
- A detailed survey – your property will be laser measured
- A detailed working drawing for building regulation approval
- Structural engineer’s design and calculation – timber and steel beams/joists
- Full specification of building works to current building regulations
- Elevations (where required)
